Each company rates shoppers differently so you need to inquire of each separately. Customer Perspectives,(www.customerperspectives.com) for example, uses a 10 point scale, with 10 being excellent. Others use a 5 point scale and still others don't rate their shoppers.
Hello, I have been interested in the mystery shopping industry for a while now, I am a college student right now and have chosen to do my class project on the mystery shopping industry and would like to know if any one can point me in the right direction for this particular industry's info. the type of info that I am looking for pertain to things like: Major Players in the industry, Major Players Globally The Major Players relative competitive positions within the industry 1. Sustainability 2. Characteristics of the e-marketplace 3. Their Business Models Supply Chains of the mystery shopping industry, The organizational impacts of the value chain of the mystery shopping industry

Paying for items is situational, and often includes reimbursement for all or part of your purchases. We'll post more info on this topic very soon!
